In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the php65 website accessible at php65.vip, including all sub-pages, services, game lobbies, betting interfaces, cashier functions, and customer support channels operated therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the php65 Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has successfully registered a php65 Account and meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, sporting event, e-sabong contest, or other gambling activity made available through the php65 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, match bonuses, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a php65 promotion.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the php65 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and verification of personal details, required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates online gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the php65 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You accept the php65 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide to php65 during registration and at any point thereafter is true, accurate, and complete.

These Terms are effective from the date of Account registration and shall remain in force for the duration of your use of the php65 Platform, including any period following Account closure for obligations that survive termination (e.g., outstanding withdrawal requests, open disputes).

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria to use the php65 Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not employed by php65, any of its affiliated companies, game software providers, or any regulatory body with authority over php65, nor are you a close family member of any such employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal prohibition that restricts you from participating in gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a php65 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

php65 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) php65 Account. Duplicate or multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. KYC documents typically include:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, voter's ID, PRC ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document) not older than three (3) months.
• For withdrawals above certain thresholds: source of funds documentation as required by PAGCOR AML regulations.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. php65 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was enabled by your own negligence, including failure to log out on shared devices or use of weak passwords. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify php65 support immediately via the Live Chat function on the Platform.

php65 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven payment channels. Payment method availability is subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the php65 Cashier.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account restriction pending investigation.
• php65 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment instrument not listed in the Cashier. The Platform transacts exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are generally credited to your php65 Account balance immediately after confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the financial institution's processing times.
• php65 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

php65 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit transaction it deems suspicious or inconsistent with your stated profile, including but not limited to source of funds checks required under applicable AML regulations.

Players may request withdrawal of cleared funds (i.e., real-money balance excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. php65 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically process within 5–30 minutes during business hours (Manila time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account Cashier and are subject to your verification tier.
• php65 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal that triggers AML monitoring thresholds, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed by the Player prior to processing; once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be recalled.

php65 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Bets, Cashback Offers, and Referral Rewards. The following general terms apply to all php65 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms and conditions expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough or rollover requirements) as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets with odds below a minimum threshold, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a period specified in each promotion's terms (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a php65 Account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: php65 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of prohibited betting patterns (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value), or collusion between accounts.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from a single bonus. The applicable cap, if any, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

php65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account where the associated wagering requirements are actively in progress.

All games available on the php65 Platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• All slot and RNG-based games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by the size or history of any wager.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game events (card dealing, dice rolls, roulette wheel spins) conducted in licensed studios under independent supervision. php65 does not influence the outcome of any live dealer game.
• Sports betting and e-sabong outcomes are determined by the results of real sporting events and contests. php65 is not responsible for the results of any sporting event or e-sabong contest.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or wager, php65 will investigate and, where technically possible, restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, php65 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the original stake to the Player's Account.
• Bets placed after the official close of betting, or on markets already settled, will be voided and stakes returned.

php65 publishes Return to Player (RTP) information for its slot games in the applicable game information panel. RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php65 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or place wagers on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or e-sabong results.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or sports manipulation.
• Accessing the php65 Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obfuscating your true geographic location.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your php65 Account by any third party.
• Any action that php65 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, harassing, or harmful to its staff, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

php65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Instructions from PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent regulatory or legal authority.
• Technical or security concerns that require protective action to safeguard the integrity of the Platform or other players' funds.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, php65 will process any cleared, legitimate balance within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the investigation, provided no grounds for forfeiture are established. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, the balance may be forfeited and any pending withdrawals may be reversed.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting php65 support via the Live Chat function. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

php65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players within the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month across all game categories or specific categories.
• Session Time Limits and Reminders: Set automatic session reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals. A notification will appear advising you of your session duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php65 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use any php65 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of php65's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. php65 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the php65 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue (whether direct or indirect).
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game thereon.
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game software not attributable to deliberate misconduct by php65.
• Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or any payment transactions where such delays are caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from your own failure to comply with these Terms, including use of an unsecured device or shared computer.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, php65's aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your php65 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php65 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at php65.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a php65 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, php65 collects personal information including your name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, authentication, and management.
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud.
• Complying with PAGCOR regulations, KYC requirements, and AML obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the Platform and personalising your gaming experience.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by php65, subject to any overriding legal obligations. Data deletion requests may be submitted to php65 support via the Live Chat function or by email at the address published in the Privacy Policy.

php65 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes that are material (i.e., that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player) will be notified to you via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the php65 Platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change; and/or
• An email notification to your registered email address where the change materially affects your financial rights or the availability of games.

Non-material amendments (e.g., corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or additions of new game categories that are consistent with existing Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the php65 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact php65 support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and php65, the following process shall apply:

• First, contact php65 support via Live Chat or by email at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. php65 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 7 business days.
• Escalation to PAGCOR: If your complaint relates to the fairness of a game outcome, a payment dispute, or a regulatory matter that php65 has been unable to resolve to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official channels published on the PAGCOR website.
• Legal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
